You may return most unopened items within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund if there is something wrong with the item or if the MEID does not work. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All phones are photographed before shipping and the phone must be in exact same condition as it was received to be eligible for a return. Returned phones must be reset before shipping back. Phones received with password lock or iTunes lock (iPhone only) will not be accepted and will void any refund. We are not responsible if your prepaid provider changes their policies after phone is shipped. We will check the MEID with any site you provide us and only ship the phone if it passes the MEID check on your company’s site. We will not be responsible for returns if the MEID passes your company’s device approval check but then your company can’t activate it for any reason or user nor if you provided us with the wrong carrier.
If you need to exchange a phone, you MUST notify us via email within 7 days of receiving the item to email@example.com. We will give you a return authorization code and you must mail the item on or before the 10th day after receiving the item. Returns for reasons other than defective are subject to 20% restocking fee. Any item postmarked after 10th day will be subject to a 20% handling fee.
We will exchange a phone if the phone has not been ported to a prepaid carrier with a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept exchanges for phones which have already been ported to a prepaid carrier.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We can ship to virtually any address in the United states. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We welcome resellers to purchase from us. If you are purchasing phones from MyWirelessWarehouse with intent to resell, transfer or give to your clients, we require that the purchaser inspect and test phone upon arrival. Once the phone is sold, transferred, given or activated for anyone other than the purchaser, the return policy is not transferrable. Our 7 day hassel free return policy applies to the purchaser. Once Sprint phone has been ported to a Prepaid carrier, it is no longer a “Sprint” phone and cannot be sold as a Sprint phone.
